Internazionali d’Italia, Culinary Expo 2015

From the 22 to the 26 February 2015 our Extra Virgin Olive Oils will be protagonists at the “Internazionali d’Italia” thanks to the recipes of a young cook, born and raised in Torremaggiore, Attilio Santobuono.


A culinary exposition, promoted by the Italian Cooks Federation, that will take place at Marina Carrara near the Mostra Convegno Tirreno C.T. ‘s estate.

Santobuono will tell his Apulian origins trough his culinary creations and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil will certainly be the key player: the great quality and the variety of the raw materials makes Puglia one of the most important oil’s producers worldwide.
